Versa screen went black

My versa screen is black with a blue highlight around it. I can not see anything . It wont restart  tried turning of and still nothing.

Hi,

This is not the case, I haven’t had anyone from Fitbit respond to my email regarding my Fitbit. I have now been without it for 4 weeks as it now won’t even switch on at all. Can this be rectified soon??

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists, please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
