Versa screen went blank

It was working fine then the screen went black. It still vibrates when I receive notifications but no screen. I have tried the factory reset to no avail. It is about 18 months old but has had no previous issues.

Hi there @Kilpatrickd, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa's screen behavior and for taking the time to troubleshoot it prior to posing here. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend the following suggestions:

  1. It seems that your Versa is still syncing, so switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. Note that this process is done trough the Fitbit app.
  2. Restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
