Versa screen went blank

So my verse screen just went blank, backlight is still turning on, the green sensor lights is still functional and it’s still even syncing to the app. 

Anyone know a possible fix?

 

Device is less than 2 months old

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

how did Fitbit resolve your problem? It started to happen to me yesterday.
