I do really like my Versa 2 that I got for Christmas, A week ago I charged it and the display screen is now blank, it is fully charged and still registers perfectly on my phone, I tried the reset and it doesn't work. there is a single red light illuminated on the back when I take it off (OOOO). I tried all the remedies suggested and still have a blank screen.

Hi @BrennanM, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the blank screen issue that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
