Versa screen went blank

Still syncing to my phone, HR light and randomley vibrates, also still says on app that it is charging dispite it not doing anything when on charge. Screen went blank when at approximately 50% battery. So it seems to be monitoring everything still but the screen isnt working? When doing to reset and following the instructions to a T 100 times over nothing happens other than one single vibration each time. I've followed all including that if Fitbit and nothing. Help!
