Versa screen went blank

My Fitbit versa is 100% charged and syncing with my phone and vibrating but the screen is black. There is a light hue that appears but no picture. I have restarted it and it turns off and vibrates when it's back on but no picture still. What can I do? 

I have had it for 2 years and no problem and right before it conked out it was acting a bit weird. Like all of a sudden my timer or alarm would go on.

Hi there, @Rachelle2. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. 

Since the restart hasn't worked, but your Versa is still syncing, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi,

I had also tried to change my clock face and that didn't work. I then tried to update it but now the app is stuck on a screen saying waiting for internet is says and I have internet.
