Versa screen went blank

My versa went completely dead (it has before) I charge it the screen was working.

I take it off charge and it just lights up doesn't show clock face etc.

Contacted customer service done all the resets still not working when not on charge.

I managed to charge my clock screen whilst in charging dock.

Has this happened to anyone else ? Seems strange it works when charging but not when off charge?

That's strange my Versa completely went black on me in the middle of the night last night. It won't even charge. I did the troubleshooting when I contacted fitbit but unfortunately he said that he will have to have to look up to see if it is still under warranty.

Mine works perfectly in the charging dock!

Mine 2 years old so no warranty 🙄😭

I just found out my warranty is no longer valid as well 😪

My Versa Lite is doing the same thing since the recent update, screen is completely blank! I push the side button and it says battery is at 0% when app says 52%! It dies for a few days and then comes back to life at 0%! So mad because this is a replacement and I don't qualify for another one! Done with Fitbit, this is the 3rd Versa Lite I've been through! My last tracker was bricked with a red X due to an update! I'm fed up with constant Fitbit issues, not worth the price because they don't even last a year!! I know how you all feel!
