Versa 1 screen went very dim, then gradually part of the screen becomes blank.
Finally today the whole screen went blank.
Can tell the watch is still working, the heart rate sensor works, it tracks and can sync with the app and all. Just the screen wont' work.
Hard reset (holding left and down buttons for 10+ seconds) was done like maybe 10 times now. But the screen never turned back on again ever since this morning.

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for the suggestion Marre. After chatting with a service rep, the suggestion is to communicate via email about repair. However i have not received any email regarding this.

I have been having this issue for about three days now. Always get it back working eventually. Have done 2 updates since Sunday. Not sure what’s going on but it’s very frustrating.
I wondered if maybe they are no longer making the versa lite that it’s a bug to try and force you into an upgrade?
