Versa screen won't charge or record data

My battery is 100% charged and screen will go blank with in a an hour after charge and will stop collecting data. I can only get screen to start responding again by putting it back onto charging station and can see that phone is still fully charged but no steps etc are being updated. Not sure what to do.

Regarding the charging and recording issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
