Versa turn to black screen, put on the charging port- show 0% batt ; after hours, still not charge as screen show same - 0% batt.
phone show versa 100% batt; but can’t connect & data not sync.

Regarding the charging and syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
