My son was gifted a Versa lite, a factory reset was performed on the watch before it was given to him, I am now having problems setting up the watch, on an iPhone 6.
When I go to install a new device it says it needs a firmware update, once started it gets to 100% updating then won’t go any further, then it says update failed...The watch switches between the start up screen to a white Fitbit diamond,
Any advice to set up the watch. I have tried resetting Bluetooth, reinstalling Fitbit app...
