Versa screen won't respond

Fitbit Versa hadn't been used since October.  Restarted it and updated everything.  Phone is paired. The face of the clock will not appear, there are only two screens that appear. One says Nothing New Here, All Caught up and the other screen says Source and Output.  On the app itself, it shows that the phone is in use and even reported number of steps. Phone itself shows nothing. Please help!!!!

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
