My screen is not working, everything else is like the vibrations and that little green light at the back. But the screen doesn’t do anything when I touch it or when I touch a button. Even when I charge it it doesn’t react does anybody know what to do?

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @choudhary_rahul - what did you do prior to this happening? As it's syncing you could try changing the clock face, just in case it helps.

Thanks for support, I had completed both things but same response, there is no activity on watch screen.
Except of watch screen everything is working like green light, sync with phone and charging. i don't know what happened with my watch
