My versa tracks everything sends me notifications and even has the correct time but is completely stuck on the home page. If I tap it won't work if I swipe up it won't work. When I swipe to see other apps it won't work. And I tried restarting it but nothing changed and I even tried re-syncing it but nothing changed. The screen is stuck and won't respond to any of ny touches yet still records all the data and shows me correct time. I can't even turn it off and turn it back on because j can't open the settings app due to the fact I can't swipe to see other apps. Please help me.

Hello @Nitzxnx_p, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for restarting your Versa prior to contacting us and for the details provided about your watch's behavior.
Please check on the Fitbit app if your Versa is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Hi @MarreFitbit, my Fitbit Versa has been doing the same for like 2 months and I keep restarting it when it is frozen then sometimes after the restart my touchscreen function will work other times it still doesn't work. I have been googling and following everyone's advice on this forum but it still won't work. It also doesn't vibrate anymore ... when the touch screen is working I can swipe down and see that there is notifications but it doesn't vibrate or notify me in any way .....

I am having the same problem for about the same amount of time. No response to taps, can't swipe. It syncs steps and has the correct time but I cant turn off alarms or view notifications. I have taken all the steps of resetting and changing the click face. I even tried default resetting the versa. Nothing is working

Hi, My watch has been doing same thing for about the last month or two. It will freeze and non of the touch commands will work and sometimes the button on the left will not work as well. I have restarted and sometimes it works for a while and sometimes I have to keep restarting. I have changed the clock screen in the app multiple times to see if that will help and it doesn't. What do I need to do?
