Versa screen won't respond

Good afternoon Fitbit Community , my Fitbit Versa ( from 2018 ) is not working properly anymore , the screen works when it wants to and it just shows some lines like its gonna go .

I love my watch and i have used it since 2018 .

I have tried a factory reset ,  holding 3 buttons , charging to the full , and many things . sometimes i get it to work but it doesn't come back after going to sleep , it tries to turn on but it wont

My notifications still work , i just cant see them .

Questions ?

I don't believe i have warranty on this ? so thats out of the question ,

Is anybody selling a used versa ?

Seriously - is there a way or clock face that can help with this issue ,

Does anybody know any trick to make this work ?

Thank you for your input

Hello @CHRISTIANH22

Certainly trying to change the clock face might help. It’s most certainly worth a shot. You can try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

If the issue continues it may indicate it’s coming to the possible end of its life span. 🥺

🤞 I’m crossing my fingers that maybe a change in clock face works.

Thank you @MarreFitbit and @SunsetRunner  , the watch still vibrates for alerts , alarms , etc but no screen now , its totally shut .

I am bummed , I dont want to get another Fitbit since the Pixel Watch with Fitbit is coming out in 2 months  .

I wonder if Fitbit does any kind of recycle and sells used fitbit watches .

Thank you all for the help .
