My fitbit just stopped working today and I don't believe it to be dead because I just charged it 2 days ago &putting it on the charging station does absolutely nothing. I have tried doing the factory reset (holding down all buttons for 3 minutes until logo appears then releasing the bottom right button until it vibrates) , the logo doesn't appear at all and it never vibrates. The screen dimly lights up and then goes dark again repetitively but does nothing. I have had it since May. This happened to my last fitbit (the Charge 2) , usually I'm satisfied with Fitbit but being that this is the second time my fitbit has just randomly stopped working I'm displeased. Not sure what else to do to try to fix this issue.

Additionally, the light sensors aren't flashing either .

Sorry to hear that your Versas aren't working as they should and for the delay in my reply. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
