Versa screen won't turn on

My fit-bit won't turn on but it's vibrates when i plug it to computer or with charger.

@Bishopy, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on.

 

Since you mentioned that your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger, I'd like you to restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
