I did update the other day and fit bit worked for a day and then turned off I charged for 3 hour and it was fine and then wore it for a day and now my screen wont turn on, it is completely black. I tried to charge overnight. But it seems like the whole battery is drained. I tried holding button down but there is no response at all from my versa lite. I got it as gift in December. Is there any other tricks or anything I can do.

Regarding the display and battery issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
