I can't change my clock face. It keeps spinning and will allow me to change the clock faces at all. I am having problems with syncing. I had to delete the Fitbit application from my phone. I had to uninstall the Fitbit from my phone. I had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. Also, try the troubleshooting steps described in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue.
