Can anyone please help? My Fitbit Versa has stopped working. Screen is black (faint blue lines at sides) When I hold the power and bottom right button it does try to reset, Fitbit logo appears and then fades out and screen goes back to black. I have tried connecting to my laptop but its not picking it up. Its no longer syncing with my phone and no lights. Please please help, I need it now more than ever!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track.
