I have only had my Versa 2 for 6 months and it started off working great then began to intermittently stop vibrating with alerts, then would not wake up with movement, minimal response tapping screen, and now it is not working at all. I had updated and reset at different points but....Has anyone had any of these issues. Very disappointed!

Hi @crafty9, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 became unresponsive and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this. Also, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
