Screen was freezing the other week, then turned off but green light was working and screen would come on then go off and now nothing won’t charge or sync. Tried all of the methods left on charger overnight, hard reset using 3 buttons, now no green light or screen working. I have emailed support but still not had a reply. Watch is 18 months old. Would they repair/ replace if not would need to look at different watch but would like to know so I can order one

Hi @Stayc-lou, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen, syncing and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
