Hi @Coyote42, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa's screen doesn't turn on, let me know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

As a side note, I moved your post to the Versa board in order to keep the forums organized.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

JuanJo...Yes, it vibrates, the green lights flash, you can't restart it "as
described" because as many of us have pointed out, you do not have access
to the screen. It was black, it remains black. It was fine until the
update, then it crashed. I could not change the clock face via the app,
it was not successful, black screen I tried to remove the versa from my
account and add it back. It said it connects, but I can't input the
numbers required, because the screen is black! Since my initial post, all
I am monitoring is a black screen. What is frustrating is you all keep
telling us the same thing despite the fact we are all telling you there is
no screen access. When people who have had their fitbits for a few months
are having the same problems as long time owners and it stems from the time
of the update, it is something Fitbit has done and seems not to want to
acknowledge unless forced to. I have had few fitbits since 2015 and have
never had a problem but this has left a sour taste...
