My Versa watch suddenly stopped displaying anything. I have charged it, tried resetting it several times and even tried to do a factory reset but nothing appears. It still vibrates and is syncing with my phone but can’t get anything at all on the screen. The Fitbit display doesn’t even come on when trying to reset it, nor does the charging icon come on when plugged in.

Hi there @LesBfit, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
Since your Versa is still syncing, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Yes I’ve tried this as well and it doesn’t fix it. Any other suggestions?
