Versa screen won't work

I just got my versa out of storage and fully charged it, everything was working, so changed the clock face and now it doesn't work. It shows the clock face and the buttons open up the exercise and the alarms but won't scroll. I held the lock and bottom button down for 10 seconds to restart and nothing tried changing to a different t clock face and still nothing. Help please
