My Versa screen today started scrolling down non stop every time I wanna see the time or do anything. All the apps are scrolling down like a non stop slot machine. Anyone has had this issue before. Thank you

Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?

Yes I did that and it didn’t work. Even when it showed the logo it was the logo as well scrolling down fast...

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install one from Fitbit itself. The default one for the Versa is "Layers" and for the Versa SE "Light". Restart your Versa and if that solves your problem than the Third Party was the cause of this problem. When the problem is not solved, contact Customer Support because it's probably a hardware issue.
