Hello! I have had the Versa for approximately a week and have noticed the sensitivity isn't strong enough... when I turn my arm to see the time, it doesn't always reply. Sometimes it does, sometimes I have to over-dramatically twist my arm before it lights up. When I receive a phone call, it rings but stays blank till I hit the left button... I'm coming from a Pebble which I LOVED and didn't have these issues. I could simply, shake my arm and the time would pop up... the Versa seems to take much more effort???
Best AnswerHi, did you set your screen to be automatically activated? You can find this setting by press and hold for a few seconds the left button. My Versa reacts on the slighest movement of my wrist. Kindest regards, kuzibri
@Mel4Bama coming from thr pebble in assuming that your use to what I've been told is a wrist flick.
Fitbit does it differently and uses a simple 90° rotation of the wrist while the forearm is somewhat level. For me it seems the arm needs to be within 39° of horizontal, then rotate the wrist. No flicking but a smith rotation that can be done pretty slow.
Best AnswerNormally the tracker does not light up with notifications but waited for the arm to be rotated.
I believe there is a setting under the notification setting to change this with the Versa, but can not confirm until I reconnect the Versa to my account.
As far as I know, cause my Versa lights up when a notification comes in, there is need to move your wrist. Go to settings - notifications - set them on (either during daytime or night or both) and reboot your Versa by holding the left and lower right button pressed untill it shutsdown. After a minute or so, turn it it back on by pressing the left button. Hope this helps, kindest regards, kuzibri
