My Fitbit Versa isn't being found by phone or computer after having done the factory reset(due to inability to sync). It's not allowing me to set up the watch for use. I've tried: removing versa from my Bluetooth list, turning off other nearby Bluetooth devices, resetting watch and resetting Bluetooth.
Any help will be appreciated

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
