Hello,
I've had my Versa about 4-5 months now. About 2-3 months ago it stopped showing notifications. Today, I factory reset my watch and removed the device from my Fitbit app to try to set it up as if it was a new device.
Right now, it is charged 100%, plugged into my PC, and telling me to download the FitBit app. The app is downloaded. When I click on "Set up a new device" I get through the screen where I select my device, Agree to the terms, then it tells me to charge my device. It's plugged into the stand and charging, but when I click Next it says "Is your Versa powered on?" and says to place it in the charger. When I click "Try again" it continues in this loop. What am I doing wrong?
I tried to unpair it from Bluetooth and pair it again as well.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'd like you to try a regular restart. Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try the setup process again and see if the issue gets fixed and the notifications are received again

Hi I'm stuck here and have tried all of the above and no luck with a regular restart
