Versa setup issues

I just got my new Fitbit Versa. I have tried everything that I have found online to get it to sync to the Fitbit app on my phone but it will not connect. I have reset the watch, I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, turned on and off my Bluetooth. I checked the operating system on my phone and its compatible. I am not sure what else to try.

What is the actual phone you are using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? It sounds like a compatability issue at this stage.

@Stefb-95 I second @NellyG's question. Please provide us with the phone model and the OS. Also, what is your Versa's screen saying? Do you get any error messages? You mentioned syncing, would that mean you managed to link Versa to your account? Basically, on which step are you stuck on?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
