Versa setup issues

Just spent 200 on a Versa that I can't use. My phone finds it alright but then has given me a handful of failed results. I've reset, restarted, re-downloaded numerous times. Meanwhile, I can't exercise because I've spent hours on this crap. And here, I've replaced the old Fitbit I had because it fell apart. Time to try a better brand of activity tracker.
