Versa setup issues

I received a new Versa from Fitbit because my other one broke... When I am setting it up I get stuck on the "enter the number on your Versa display." I enter the number and it says "connecting to Fitbit" and does not move past this screen. Have tried resetting, updating phone/app, deleting app... etc. Any help would be awesome!

I would try force closing the app that you are using to sync the Versa to.  You will lose all progress in the setup process but it should help unfreeze your screen and hopefully move on.  Mine has done that the last few times when I tried switching from my Versa to Ionic or vice-versa.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

I have the same issue as well, had tried Alenjandra's solution but to no avail. 

Considering this is my first fitbit product, this is frustrating and also very disappointing. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Else I would probably have to return it 😕

Hello Support...

 

I have tried to use the steps listed on “How to setup my Fitbit”.  I’ve reinstalled software on Android device, I’ve force stopped, I’ve turned off Bluetooth, and such.

 

The Versa gets stuck on pairing numbers screen, shows numbers have it to type in then software on Android shortly prompts try again, press, new set of numbers and looping at this point, help!!

Thanks for checking the post. We contacted the support group via chat, and
found out that the device (Fitbit) Bluetooth hardware was frozen in pairing
loop, unrecoverable. We were sent a replacement device. Also found our
that Samsung A50 phones not a safe device to pair with. The number that the
Fitbit was showing was the pairing numbers, but no matter which set of
numbers used kept looping, asking for new pairing number to enter on the
phone software.
