@AlessFitbit Can you explain to me why it takes so long to ship out a new fitbit? I had to order a new versa due to the black screen epidemic and I got a promo code for a discount. So intstead of 2 day prime I ordered directly from fitbit. For your customers dealing with a replacement the shipping shouldn't be a week. I have to wait to sept 25 it said

I checked in with our Customer Support team and noticed your order shipped two days ago. Now it's up to the carrier to deliver your parcel. Our shipping timeframes are usually 5-7 business days, which is standard. I'm sure you're eager to receive your new watch and if you have any issues please reach back out.

@AlessFitbit I appreciate your response but you are missing the point I am making. Your company can dictate how fast items are shipped by the type of shipping you put on the label. As a company if you are dealing with a customer service or product issue, it would be good business to do EXPEDITED shipping for those consumers. To think I am basically being penalized and forced to wait an extra week by buying from you directly rather an Amazon is not a good look for Fitbit.com

to save me starting a new thread, could you please tell me when i'll get my new fitbit?
i had a very annoying hour on the phone yesterday and was sent a link to get a replacement versa - i'm still waiting for more information. haven't had a shipping notification or anything.

@mcguyver123 If you haven't ordered it yet. I would suggest looking at Amazon Prime to do a compare and contrast of the price and the wait time. My order was done sept 16 and now I am waiting for it to arrive sept 25 from Fitbit.com. If i had done through Amazon I would have my watch now. Just a tip

i had to hvae mine replaced but had to have fitbit do it. they sent me an email with a link to choose a replacement or some discount on a newer type. normally in the UK i'd have a shipping notification the next day but fibit haven't done it yet.
