For about a week the watch was not showing the correct time or syncing to phone properly. Tried to delete Versa from app and re-sync. Didn’t work. Then tried to reset & then the error showed up. I’ve gone through all the factory reboot tips that all of the other forums have listed and nothing has worked for over a week now. Help!

Hi @kendraka, welcome to the community.
Can you try going into the fitbit app and removing the Versa from your account, also go into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair it from there. Go back into the fitbit app, select set up device and follow the steps. Hopefully that will clear the message you're seeing and set up you device again.
