So, I've had my Versa a few months now and apart from syncing issues as I have a Huawei P20 lite. I'm now having issues with it losing time, it started just a few minutes now it's over half an hour and I have no way of changing the time without syncing it... Can we see my dilemma here! Anyone have any ideas other than to get a new phone?

It's great to welcome you @Tashprew.
As you might know, your Versa needs to be syncing in order to have the information update as the date and time. If you want to purchase a new phone, I recommend taking a look at our list of compatible mobile devices and search for the one that meet your needs.
Also, remember that when a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Fitbit but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
See you later. ![]()

I have also tried syncing to an iPhone 8 and still within minutes the time is incorrect.

@AlejandraFitbit since my earlier post the tracker is now 56 minutes slow, .think it's safe to say there is something wrong with the tracker!
