Versa showing incorrect time

My Versa reads the correct date on the watch but when synced it’s the wrong date and day. Anyone know why?

Are you saying the time is initially correct, then sync makes it wrong?  But then it gets back to the right time?  Does it get back to correct time before another sync?

It's great to welcome you @Lozza68 and @JohnnyRow thanks for stopping by.

If your watch's timezone is changing when you sync, I recommend checking that the time on the device you are using is correct. After verifying this you can follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? to change the time on your Versa.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Hiya

The date and time are correct in the Versa watch just not on the app. Completely wrong day and month.
It’s that that I need to change.

Thanks

Hi

No the date and time are correct on the watch but coming merely the wrong date and day on the app when you have synced. So it may be a Friday night you wanted to check your sleep patterns for but the app says it could be Tuesday and a different date.

Can you explain exactly where on the app you are seeing the date and day?

You mentioned sleep.  When I click on the Sleep tile on my phone dashboard, across the top I get a bar chart showing how many hours of sleep for each of the last 7 days.  Below that it lists each day, and clicking on a day shows the detail for that day.  Is it somewhere in that process that your date and day seems wrong?
