I noticed that the time on my versa is slow by 1:15. I have checked and compared it to four clocks (two manual and two whose time comes from the network). How do I correct the time?

Hi @Joanna-p  It should correct when you sync your tracker to your app. If it isnt, try restarting the Versa several times and then sync again. Hopefully that will fix it.

Is your watch now working. This has just happened to me and I have been told by Fitbit that it is a problem they cant immediately fix. It is on Los Angeles time and as I am in UK we are 8 hours ahead so I have had to stop wearing Versa as it wakes me in the middle of the night. It doesn’t seem to be syncing either

I'm having this issue a lot!

Was there any update? Restarting my Versa up to 6 times a day is not a solution.

I am in UK so the difference was 8 hours. I was told by help desk that they were aware of problem but it would take some time to resolve. I switched back to my old watch for a while. Then I tried going into my desktop computer and bringing up the fitbit account. There I switched to GMT on Versa, which worked for me but wouldn’t if you are in US. Now it seems to be OK and is on London time.
