Hello,
My Versa only shows me a black screen. I already charged it but it still doesn't work.
Please help me out

Hi, two suggestions:
1. If you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa.
2. If you're using a Fitbit clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left abd right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

In addition to the great troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. Once you've done the troubleshooting steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the display gets back to life.
