Versa shutting down

How do I stop my versa shutting down? I am using an official fitbit screen, today it was on 52'% and shut down, this is happening a lot and is do frustrating, have to wait to get home and charge to get it going again

Hi @Mum2three - 

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit? 

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
