I have a full charge and a recent sync on my Versa. I have restarted it several times. It shuts itself off and it will not come back on unless I connect it to the charger. It is 99% charged. It will not turn on if I push the buttons. It only turns on if I connected to the charger. This just started happening. I got this as a Father's Day gift about 14 months ago and they have not had any issues until today.

My versa is doing the same thing. Turns on when it’s on the charger, but turns off about an hour after being removed from charger. How do I get help with this?
