Hi,
I posted the issue on another post that apparently has been marked as "resolved". Here's the description from that post. I also created a case with Fitbit. The representative told me there were other complaints about the same issue as well. Well, that was 9 days ago and I haven't heard from Fitbit. Meanwhile, my watch continues to have the same problem, despite reset almost daily. It's time for Fitbit to honor warranty service and provide a real solution!
I have Versa for eight months now. At the beginning, the swim app tracks my laps pretty good. Starting about two months ago, the app skips laps from time to time. I have to rely on manual count to keep track my activity.
By the way, I have always been swimming 20 laps, 1000 yard, each time. There is no change in my stroke.
Please help!
