Versa sleep, steps tracking issues

Before and after the update my versa is not keeping an accurate steps that I walked and not accurate on my sleep. I just took at least an hour or so nap and it doesn't show that I did..  plz fix the bugs to keep accurate info. And the versa doesn't stay charged for 5 days. And I don't receive no notifications.

Hi @Negri66, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the steps, sleep tracking, battery and notifications issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issues persist and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

 

I'll also be around if any question arises.

I've been having the same problem!!  Have restarted, confirmed app/device are up to date, uninstalled/reinstalled Fitbit app.  My husband & I got our Versas in October 2019-mine has stopped tracking sleep & steps.  His is fine....for now...Help please!
