Versa sleep tracker not working

Had my versa around 18 months and had no trouble until now, but sleep tracker is not working anymore. I've tried everything on the forums to no avail. Its says only 1hrs sleep per night. I need to monitor my sleep for medical reasons.

Fit bit please fix this.

Have a new Versa 2, really had trouble getting it to give sleep stages.  Finally figure out it needed to be three finger widths up from wrist bone on arm.  Works fine now.  Very different from my former Blaze....but it's working.

I’m having the same problem. One night it flat out didn’t record anything and then last night it’s in like 4 chunks.

I've contacted Fitbit but had no reply. This is a new problem, but a very
common one it seems.

Also having the same problem since updating my versa!! My app freezes up and I have to force close it to be able to use the app again!!

Now it's not working again. Just basic data. No sleep stages or scores.
Doesn't matter on wrist placement. Mystery.
