I've had my Versa for a month now and in general I am very happy with it. However I do have an issue with the bluetooth connection. It usually connects to my phone (Samsung) without any problems, my stats are syncing and so is my e-mail etc. Then during the day I notice the sync is not working anymore and I don't get any messages on the Versa. I then disconnect the bluetooth on my phone and activate it again and the watch syncs again without any problems. Until it stops again, usually a day or so later.
It's not a major issue and I now know how to fix it. But I was still wondering if anybody else has this issue and if there is a fix for it. I never had this problem with my other FitBits.

Hi, sometimes this problem occurs, certainly when you've been out of BT range for a while. In the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. You will see the page with the clock Faces and Apps tiles. Scroll down to underneath the tiles and enable "continous synchronization". Scroll down to the bottom of this page and enable "Always connected".

Hi @SunsetRunner thanks for your answer. I already have the mentioned settings enabled.
I don't take my phone with me everywhere I go, so it often happens that the BT is out of range. I would expect that the watch en phone to automatically reconnect once I have my phone with me.
Do you have any other solutions?
