My versa is working fine with computer. but it's not connected with my mobile VIVO Y95 which is running Funtouch OS 4.5 （based on Android 8.1）. Any solution for this issue?

Hi, your mobile device is not listed in the by Fitbit supported devices and also does not support Funtouch OS 4.5. I would suggest that you post your question in the Feature Suggestions Board, which is especially created for this kind of requests. Press the link and on the right side you will find "Make a new suggestion", press that and post your question.
