Versa started receiving weird messages

I am not very tech savvy but have always loved my Versa. getting weird messages today including one that says Screen Wake auto. i can not figure out what it is or how to turn it off.

May I know what the messages says? Beside the "Screen Wake" auto, I'd like to know more details about the messages you started receiving. 

 

I suspect you're receiving the Health and Wellness. So, with that being said, please follow the steps below to turn off Health and Wellness reminders:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image > Health & Wellness Reminders.
  2. Turn the reminder off.
