Versa step and heart rate history

How do I look at my step history and heart rate history on my versa, not on my phone, because I do not always have my phone with me, besides the leader board app. With my samsung gear I could look at the history on my watch, anytime I wanted without my phone?????

Swipe up on the clock screen and all of Today's stats are there.

Then the answer is no. You can not view history on the watch before today.
