The past 2 days my app and versa are showing different steps, i had achieved over 10,000 yesterday and the app was only showing 7,000. Today i'm currently on 7,335 and my app is showing 6,961 i have synced this and also uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still nothing.....

Hi @Toni16, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the wrong amount of steps that your Fitbit Versa synced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you with a replacement unit via chat. I would like to follow up and would like to know if your replacement unit is working properly now.

Hi 

I was assisted by your colleague in getting a new strap not a new device.

I'm still having the same issue with the steps showing different on my fitbit and the app which is really frustrating!! 

 

Please see photos below! Can this issue be resolved ASAP.
