Versa steps data inaccurate

Since I received my Versa a week ago, I have put both the Versa and my Charge 2 on my non-dominant hand wrist. Yesterday I had approx 2,000 more steps on my Charge 2. I have tried with each one in the closer-to-wrist position, and each day I get 1-2000 more steps with the Charge 2. I assume the algorithm should be the same for each product? I basically have been sitting in front of the computer this morning and have 763-Charge 2 and 545-Versa. How can they be so far off from each other?

Hey @RonGuse great to see new faces, welcome!

I am sorry to hear that you are seeing some discrepancies between the information that your units are registering. The algorithms used in both devices are the same, so you should see no more than a standard 4% variation between the two. It's possible to get different readings if the trackers are worn in different locations (dominant vs non-dominant wrist).

I recommend restarting both devices, check how many steps you have so far, walk 100 steps and see how many registered each one. Please realize this process separately.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
