Versa stop tracking steps or heart rate

My versa stopped tracking my steps and heart rate.  I’ve restarted my device several times.  Called the help number, who advise me to do a factor reset, after all of these it is still NOT functioning correctly. I now have a “watch” verses a fitness tracker.
